Transfer of personal information outside the European Union
We may transfer your personal data to recipients who may be located in countries that are not part of the European Union or in countries outside your country of residence.
These transfers are made to offer you our Services or because our partners or service providers operate from different countries and/or locations. We are committed to guaranteeing the same level of protection when transferring your personal data when necessary and in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, in particular by signing, where applicable, standard contractual clauses set out by the European Commission or any other mechanism described in the GDPR.
Information Security
ABIO POWER LTD uses only industry best practices (physical, electronic, and procedural) to maintain the security of the data collected, including Personal Information.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions [made by us or our selected third-party payment processor] will be encrypted using bank-grade security encryption. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that allows you to access certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. We ask that you do not share a password with anyone.
Once we receive your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent accidental loss, use, or access to your personal data in an unauthorized manner. Security measures such as encryption/pseudonymous procedures are used in personal data. This is to protect unwanted access to personal data by unauthorized persons, such as employees, agents, contractors, and third parties who have no business to know about.
In addition, ABIO POWER LTD uses third-party suppliers and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate the Services, and these third parties have been selected for their high security standards, both online and physically.
All information, including Personal Information, is transferred with encryption using Transport Layer Security (“TLS”), a strong security standard for data transfer and transactions on the Internet. You may use your browser to check the valid TLS security certificate of the Services.
Despite the efforts of ABIO POWER LTD to maintain your Personal Information secured, complete confidentiality and security cannot currently be ensured on the Internet and/or where data is transferred via digital wireless technology of any type. Internet communication or wireless data transmission is subject to interception, loss, or alteration. You acknowledge and agree that ABIO POWER LTD and its Agents cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the transmission of confidential information or Personal Information in this way and that such communications are at your own risk.

The practices of ABIO POWER LTD in relation to its emails are designed to comply with the laws against spam, and in particular with the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law of 2004 (Law 112(I)/2004). Secure payments
ABIO POWER LTD currently uses “Third-Party Payment Processors” to process secure payments for Service purchases and to process payments made to add funds to your account. When you make a payment through the Services, your Billing Information is securely transferred via TLS from the Services to the appropriate Third-Party Payment Processor. No billing information is ever stored on servers controlled by ABIO POWER LTD. Third-Party Payment Processors have our permission to store, on behalf of ABIO POWER LTD, data related to transactions executed by Users (including all Billing Information) with the aim of ensuring a secure payment method and proof of purchase record; allowing users to be protected and monitored as needed. These data may be used for the purposes of validating and registering Users and to detect any fraudulent activities, if necessary. You can use the “Remember Me” feature to remember your billing information to make recurring payments easier. In any case, this billing information is not visible to ABIO POWER LTD.
If you use PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to pay for your purchase of Services, no billing information is collected or displayed by ABIO POWER LTD. In such cases you are transferred directly to these Third-Party Payment Processors to process your payments, and the only information ABIO POWER LTD receives is confirmation that your payment was completed or declined.
